According to the rules, that's an unearned run because he shouldn't have reached base... but the batter should also be credited...

Thanks... I thought I had to select the player in the Player Manager to delete him, but that just allowed me to edit his information.

Apparently, I had to click the "Edit" button at the top of the screen to delete him.
