Will the new stat LOBi calculate on prior games, if so how can I get that stat to calclulate?

I just upgraded to the v4.10, but it showed v4.15 as well, with the enhancement to stats with LOBi? I am not seeing this stat after the upgrade.. Did v4.15 get released yet?

How can I get the iscorecast to show on Team Website under the Games Tab? I thought if I emailed the game stats that would fix.. it is only correcting only adding the scorecard. What can I do?

I just purchased a new team web site and am very familiar with iScore Baseball.. Web Site has HTML Errors all over page? I have really done something stupid.. My son is playing on a different team this spring and I have purchased a website for that team, however I inadvertantly named the team incorrectly.. And yes I am sure a server has all my information for I did export after every game. iscorecast actually shows the games,, but my website and device has no data? I am confident that my Customer ID is the problem, but I have no idea what my ID used to be. If I could retreive that I am confident that ...

I have tried that and did not work.. I think the problem is that my customer ID has changed..

Is there a way to check to see if I have the same Customer ID?

How can I retrieve my data that I lost when I restored my device to factory settings. I really would like to have my old data back, but to this point not had success..
