Pitcher reaches first base safely, then gets subbed out for a courtesy runner. That courtesy runner then scores. Who gets credit for the run?
Thanks,
Doug

Who gets the error?
What are the general guidelines to determining who gets the error when the throw to first isn't great? What if the throw to first is on line but low? It doesn't bounce before getting to first base but it's right at the shoe tops and then not caught. Is that a throwing error on the fielder or an E3? ...

Fastpitch Substitution Rules
Hi, I've been using iScore for a full softball all-star season and loving how it works. Since the fastpitch substitution rules are different than baseball, it would be really cool if someday iScore could help keep track of those rules and alert the scorekeeper as appropriate. I.e. sending an alert t...

Substituting flex for DP as a baserunner
Hi, I'm recreating a fastpitch game from paper notes. We use DP/Flex. DP gets to 3B and we bring in the Flex to run since she is now the lead runner. How do I make this substitution in iScore? I see the Courtesy Runner option but I think that's a different rule to be used only for the pitcher and ca...

Trying to figure out how many earned runs are charged in the following scenario: Ground out - 1 out Fielding error - 1 out, runner at 1B Sac Bunt - 2 outs, runner at 2B Several hits, walks and runs af...

Codes for Errors on Scorecard
How do I interpret the error codes printed on the scorecard? For example, during a recent game we had runners at 2B and 3B. Batter hit a fly ball that was dropped by the CF for an error. Result of the play is that one run scored and runners are now at 2B and 3B. The scorecard shows E8:0:0 in purple ...

Re: Updating Base Runner Progress Post-Game
Thanks, I will use these suggestions to straighten this out.
Any chance that the pitch-by-pitch edit options will be expanded to include adjusting the position of base runners?
