Our Iscorecast seems to be hit or miss. Any tips on what to look for when its not workng?

We are constantly picking up players for a weekend or two. Over the years we've had like 50 different pick up players. When we go to view players stats either on our team website or in the app, it is very cumbersome seeing all these players with only a couple of at bats. It makes viewing our permane...

All good now. It was a problem on my end with the device. Can't believe I did not know the games were available live on the app.

Ok I'm the coach and don't know the correct terminology for some of this. However we recently have had parents say that they are not able to follow our games live on their Iphone.

We haven't done anything different wrt scoring the games. Can someone get me started on how to troubleshoot this?

where is it in the app?

Can you view spray chart in the iscore app or do you have to go to the website to see hit locations?

how do you score an error on a foul ball? Actually how do you go back and add this after the game has been scored?

Ok thanks to your help I got it done. I'm not sure exactly how to explain it. I merged the two players and then went back and deleted joe smith out of the games that I didn't want the stats to show up. So I don't think what I did was text book but, not much I do is textbook. thanks again for posting...
