Scoring error on pick off

In a game the catcher threw to 3rd base trying to pick off a base runner. The 3rd baseman missed the ball, left field backed up and threw to home for the tag out. I can see how to touch the base runner and list as a 7-2, how do I record the full event... 2-5 PO, E5, then 7-2 for the out?

Thanks
