I agree that a configurable pop up that reminded the scorer that the pitcher is at a certain number of pitches would be helpful.

Why does it then keep asking you who made the error? Why not just ask if this is an existing or new error? I shouldn't have to enter the same fielder's error for each runner

I concur on the need to be able to enter throwing and fielding errors and the stat list needs to be able to show Ef, Et and total errors.

True, Spray charts are only effective if there are a few games entered but they are only truly effective when you can differentiate between left and right handers, specific teams and individual pitchers. I might need to move my infield/outfield based on how the batter has done against an individual....
