I'm getting the rust off a little bit by scoring spring trying games. So I'm just using the play by play description provided by MLB. I'm guessing the batter grounded to first, and he probably attempted a throw to the pitcher, bit messed up on the relay.

I asked for suggestions on how to score a play this morning. I'm going to provide more plays that tend to happen in spring training, but I guess it sharpens our scoring skills also. 1. how is the best way to score this?

Bases are loaded, one out. Batter lines into a double play,4-6.runner on 2nd,doubled off 2nd. Whats the best way to accurately record this. I want to make sure the scorecard shows the batter grounding into a DP.

how would this be scored

with a runner on second,one out,the batter flies out to CF. The CF than quickly doubles off the runner at second . So it would be a double play charged to the batter,but how would this be indicated?

i'm sure this has been answered many times,but i havent figured out how to accurately score this double play that happened. runner on first 1 out batter hits it to the SS who steps on second for out 1 and throws it to first (6-3) for out # 2. i tried a few differant ways,but didnt it didnt accuratel...
