I'm coming to y'all in an effort to make my scorekeeping as correct as possible. Thanks in advance! Very good responses -- thanks all. Sorry I failed to mention that the runner did advance to second on the overthrow. I think the fielding error and the throwing errors are appropriate.

Please help me make the correct scorekeeping assignment. A ball is hit a few feet from the pitcher. With ordinary effort he should have fielded the ball.
