i understand that the catcher is credited with a put out if a third strike is not dropped, but i really think the pitcher should still get credit. not sure why this is the case but my main question is in little league where dropped third strike is not a part of the game, how does one turn that funct...

i have a few games now where a batter has gotten on base and it is not reflected in the obp stats. i would like to know specifically why getting on base due to an error does not count and why getting on base due to a dropped third strike does not count.
