Are there any instruction any where on how to use this program? Can you speak to a person? Help!!!

Is there a phone number for someone to call to discuss how to use this software?

How do you use this software? I entered all my players on the roster but when I try to change the order of the players for the actual game line up I can't figure out how to move them around. Do I have to reenter them all over again each time? I sure hope not or I won't be using this software.
