Re: Issue with Courtesy Runner

Thanks OhioTex. It may have been my connection in the building I was in, but it showed full strength and I was able to get to the internet... Anyhow, I tried again later when I got home and it went through on the first try. I had tried at least 7-8 times unsuccessfully. I sent an email to support to...

Re: Issue with Courtesy Runner

I have tried four times to Export my data, each time getting an "Unsuccessful - The data could not be exported".

I have Export successfully many times in the past, with the last time being 2-3 weeks ago. Any suggestions?

Re: Quick roster - Entering Opponent Player Numbers

Ok, thanks, but I'm usually ok with having the team & players created (visually just count the players then use the quick roster while they are warming up). The challenge I have though is with entering the player numbers when I get the opponent lineup 2 minutes before play begins. The original inqui...

Re: Issue with Courtesy Runner

Yes, I am using the Courtesy Runner Option.

I am exporting the data now and will send an email as you suggested once it's completed.

Thanks for the quick replies!

Issue with Courtesy Runner

I have noticed on a couple occasions the following: 1. In the 3rd inning Player #1 Kyle comes in the game for #2 Thomas as a Courtesy Runner 2. In the 4th inning Player #1 Kyle subs in for #3 David In the pitch-by-pitch it shows the following under Substitution: #2 Thomas in for #1 Kyle (Incorrect -...

How to score this out?

After a double play, and with only 2 outs, the BR@3rd thinking it was the 3rd out leaves base takes off his helmet and is almost into the dugout when he realized it was only 2 outs and runs back to base, but is called out by the umpire.

How should this out be scored?

Thanks

Re: Quick roster - Entering Opponent Player Numbers

Although I don't care about the player names, I do want to capture the name of the team we are playing so a generic opponent wouldn't be an option.

Thanks for your input!

Email game stats ALWAYS sends BOTH Home and Visitor

When emailing game stats, it always sends BOTH home and visitor stats regardless of the selection you make. This option used to work.

Add More Cancel options scoring a play

At times when there are multiple players on base and you make a mistake, me you have to keep selecting what happened to all players before you can then undo and re-score the play. It would be great if there was a Cancel option in the list of choices as you evaluate each player during a play (e.g., w...
