Re: runners in motion

You can use notes to enter runners in motion if you would like. There are not any statistics for tracking that type of thing, so notes would be the place to put it. You can see pickoff attempts as the "PKA" stat in Fielding Stats for a player. We have to record the touches for the pickoff attempts ...

Re: Post info on score card

I actually have a question on this. I stopped recording the drop if the catcher simply tags the batter because it makes the scorecard look cleaner. I don't like how the K does not appear for a dropped third strike. Also it may not be dropped but just be a pitch that bounces up to the plate and the b...

+1 vote on this. that is a great idea. kinda like excel where you can freeze the header.

Re: socoring 3rd out with runners on base and hit locations

sorry for all the scoring questions. Had one more thing come up the other day. Say runner on first and second no outs. batter grounds to short who boots the ball. would I score the runners as having been advanced by batter or by error? as the runners would have probably advanced regardless of the er...

Re: socoring 3rd out with runners on base and hit locations

ok thanks

for some reason I thought it had to be less than 2 outs for it to be scored a fielders choice.

runners in motion

It would be nice if there was a way to indicate when runners were in motion and when they were not. For instance if there was a hit and run whether the ball was fouled or hit or whatever it would be helpful if there was a way to record that the runner was in motion so that we can go back and see if ...

Re: socoring 3rd out with runners on base and hit locations

If there are runners on 2nd and 3rd (but not first), there is not a force play at 3rd. Supposing there is a force play at third, the proper sequence would be In Play Fielders Choice (Runner is making the out, not the batter, so Ground Out is not used) touch location touch 3rd basman asks what happe...

stats on player cards

Hi, I know this has probably been brought up before. I get asked alot by the players while I am scoring the game what their stats are and stuff which I can just click on them in the lineup to see the player card. Problem comes is if a player has played alot of games it is VERY difficult to see the c...

double play where runner is cought trying to go back to base

How do you score it when say runner is on first and there is a liner to the first baseman who then touches 1st before the runner can get back. I have been doing it like: line out touch location then first baseman then say double play for what happened to the runner (but should I select 1st or second...
