When you advanced a runner safe to home, you will see a new button option "run not scored'" appears on screen, lower left, of button list.. So for your situation, 2 out, bases loaded, 6-4 fielders choice... iscore entry ... In Play > Safe, fielders choice > Tap hit location, and type > Tap...

Google it. Some schools publish their colors and codes. Some do, some dont. some may also use other references like panatone or rgb or other color chart. You can usually find Pro teams, D1 NCAA .. just depends by school

That should work , On admin web site just trim out the leading ff or enter a 6 digit code. then option > import. I would not expect support to prioritize this, as it is not core to the app functionality and you can pick your colors in the app. Plus it is easy to change/trouble shoot if you want on web. You can use the web to pick your colors by code and then option > import. Google a html picker and you can ge...

HTML color hexcodes are 6 digits. ( FFOCB is missing a character on your school color question)

Example
000000 = black
FFFFFF = white

You can google any number of web sites to let you pick colors and get html codes
