You enter foul fly out just like any other fly out, if you have hit location enabled, just tap in foul location.
If you want to add a note for Foul out you can

Fyi if a non out foul, you can swipe up on foul button to enter location

Couple tips..
#1, you must have at least one player on bench for the offensive sub screen to be visible (ie can not have everyone set to batting =yes in the starting line up)

#2. There is a game option to prompt you if you want paired substitutions (offense and defense at same time).

In your situation, it sounds like the first run was earned and the second only scored because of the error on the shortstop? If that is the case, then the second run is unearned. The batter STRUCK OUT. It shouldn't have made a difference. ... Your original post topic title made it sound like the at bat (shared by two pitchers) ended with a walk - and it assigned to both pitchers. Absent that , Developers have nothing to research without being able to review your data..

MLB rules spell out exactly which pitcher gets credit based on count at time of change

Developers will need to research and fix the code to credit correctly on the 2-1 change
