Re: How to score?

@Ohio I really appreciate your wall of text ;-) No, it doesn't depend on MY priorities, it's a question of scorekeeping accuracy! By referring to MLB, an appeal could also - as stated in my situation described - be made by the pitchers throw to the base missed. If the appeal had been granted by the ...

How to score? Apparent Double, but then Out on Appeal - Missed First Base (answered/ pending user response back if need)

IPad, IPhone, IScore v5.020

Situation:
Batter hits a double. While on 2nd base and before the next pitch or play, the defense appeals R2 for having missed first base. R2 is called out!

What has to be scored in IScore to receive the right data?

Re: How to score a 'strike out-throw out' DP? & iPad double play crash ? ( @support ? , User reply?)

V5.020 @Ohio The minimize question is set to YES Unfortunately, i can not replicate the problem on the fly, neither with minimize questions set to yes or no. Situation: You're scoring a game. In the 2nd Inning a DP K, CS 2-6 happens. During the game or after finish you recognize you screwed this sit...

Re: How to score? (replied)

It doesn't work with IPad, as IScore will shut down the dialog after tapping "Double Play"!

How to score a 'strike out-throw out' DP? & iPad double play crash ? (tested, answered, pending user reply back if need)

0 or 1 Out, R1, Full Count With the next pitch, R1 breaks for 2nd Base. The pitch is swung at and missed (strike out swinging). The catcher guns the ball to the SS, who retires R1 on a tag (Caught stealing). This is a typical DP-Situation. How does IScore handles this, not forceing a manual data ove...

Re: Situational Game and App use... (replied)

...Otherwise, there is no way the catcher could have thrown down to Second for the Out... The ONLY chance the play at second base could stand, is a "dropped third strike" (swung at by the batter or called and simply dropped by the catcher). So, you should have chosen: In Play > dropped th...

Keyboard covers up field entry box in Game Options iPad (answered, future.fix)

IPad2, IScore V5.020 Game Manager > Add Game > Game Option > Tap Mound Distance (enter field; forces screen to scroll the first 5 options (up to skin) out of sight, due to the keyboard coming up). Even when not changing the distance by exiting the field (e.g. by tapping the exiting keyboard button o...

Pitch Count Trouble (answered)

IPad2, IScore V5.020, Pitch Count Warning was set to 150. Rescored a 9 Inning baseball game from the beginning, based on written scoresheets and handy notes on pitches per PA. DH was on 9th batting spot. Missed to change the home teams pitcher at 8T1 (top 8th inning). The first batter in top 8th got...
