No Confirmation Email When Registering a New Device

Trying to add a new device to my admin site. I followed all the directions and get the message about a “confirmation email has been sent.” The email never arrived. I’ve tried it several times and get nothing. Checked spam folders, etc. and get nothing. Any solutions?

If you score it as WP for both runners in the same sequence it will only charge 1 WP to the pitcher. I had the same question moving from another software package.
